I hope you having a good days. As well I you know every year we´re organising a lunch for our international sales representatives.I was wondering if you would be able to come. All is planning to go out the next on Friday 9th December at 9 p.m.
We’ve booked Gold Garden a luxurious restaurant on the top floor of the Hotel De Glace and we’re meeting there.Do you think you’ll be free to join us? and most important, do you have any special dietary requirements? We can always change the venue if it’s not suitable.

ResponderEliminarIt is great to hear from you. Thank you so much for your invitation. If everything goes well, I would be able to go to the restaurant on Friday. But there is a problem, I am vegetarian so it would be perfect if you could change my menu. If there is any complication with that, a salad would be fine, so don't worry about it. See you there.
