Dear Michael,
I hope all is well with you. I’m organising a lunch for talk about our new clothes collection of the autumn season. I want to know if you could come to the lunch. The lunch is booked on the restaurant called Bell and Dragon. It was near of center city but you don’t have to worried about this because it has a fantastic location without noise and around us there are a lot of nature. You will love it! I would think to go Saturday 17th October at 2pm. Can you assist these day? If not, I can always change the day and time if it’s not suitable. The last thing, do you have any special dietary requirements? Or you will be free to join us?

I haven't any problem for de location, and I'm not intolerant or I haven't a specific orientation in food, I like everything.
