It was a lovely evening out at the training event in Paris last week. I hope you had a good trip back. I am talking to you because I have been thinking about providing an app for your company Email Nicos. I have so many ideas. Is better if we can talk directly. Therefore, if you agree, we can make a video conference because of the impossibility to travel on account of the Covid-19 pandemy. I’m available all the mornings of the week except Fridays and weekends. Tell me the hour and the day.

Subject: Next meeting
Dear Sara,
When we where on the way back home the air plane begins to turbulences and I get scared so much. Fortunately we're fine and alive.
I've talked with my workmates and they are agree with the idea of developing the app. The first thing that you must know is that we haven't too much budget.
I think that we can do a videoconference the next Thursday at 10 am. I will worn my workmates about the meeting, and problably some of them will come too.
Tell me the soon as possible if you are available for this date.
