Hello.
I’m writing this email to inform you about an order I placed last week on Wednesday. It was due to arrive on Monday morning of this week, but it hasn’t.
I’ve already tried calling multiple times during that morning to make sure it will arrive since I took the day off at work, but nobody answered. After that incident I’ve also tried calling the next day, Tuesday, and one of your assistants informed me it would arrive that same afternoon but it’s already Wednesday and there's still no trace of my package.
As you may already imagine, this is not a pleasant experience hence I’ve been waiting 3 days now for the package to arrive.
I really hope to get a solution as soon as possible, and if there’s any further information you may need, please to contact me.
