I'm writing to complain about the late delivery of my cosplay order. Delivery was due to arrive on Monday. However, it doesn't arrive until Friday afternoon. I called on Tuesday to find out when the order would arrive. The assistant informed me that he would be arriving on Wednesday.
I took the day off again on Wednesday, but it still hasn't come. Obviously, this is a shame, I wasted two days of vacation waiting for this order.
I hope to receive your response shortly or I will contact the police to report the company.
