Making a complaint - Valeria Garcia

 Dear Marina,


I hope you are well. I am writing to inform you about the job I asked you for last week. When we met to discuss the colors of the logo, I told him that I wanted the logo on all copies to look the same. What I received is completely different from what I ordered, the colors do not look the same at all, and the matte finish is missing from the order. Contact me so I can fix it as soon as possible. I will also enclose in this email some signed documents about the work that I have commissioned.

    Please accept our apologies for the mistakes made with your order.
    Normally our clients are satisfied with our work, but unfortunately this work does not measure up to the others.
    We have had problems with the ICC profiles of the printing machine and therefore the color is not correct. As it has been our fault, we will do the job correctly again and the expenses will be covered by our company.
    Once again I apologise for the delay.

    When it says, "to look the same", it should say "to look similar appearance"
    "What I received is completely", it should say, "What I received was completely"
