I am writing to complain about the late delivery of my order. It was supposed to arrive a week ago, but it came six days late. I phoned 4 times on Wednesday to make sure when it was going to arrive and I got no response. Finally, the assistant informed me that it would be here on Thursday. I stayed all day at home waiting for it, but it didn't arrive until Friday. Moreover, when it came in, two items were missing.
Obviously, this is not funny and I am really disappointed with your company. I have lost my time waiting for this order and I would like a refund or a discount on my next order.

Please accept our sincere aopologies for the mistakes we could make your order with, we are really embarrased. Unfortunately, we don't know how it could happen because we hadn't never had any problems with our service. Evenmore, our customers are mostly satisfied with it. So in order to correct our mistake, we want to offer you a 50% discount voucher for your next order purchase. And we will take care of the shipping costs too ti subsume our fail.
