I am writing this e-mail because I have not received my order yet. The delivery was due to arrive on Saturday. Nevertheless, it didn't arrive on Monday. I phoned a few days ago to know it was likely to arrive. The assistant told me that my order hadn't been sent and that there had been an error. Then, he informed me that it would arrive on Friday. I called again on Wednesday because it didn't arrive and I'm so  angry because I canceled my plans waiting for this order. I have spent a lot of money on this, please be a little serious and contact with me as soon as possible.

    where it says, "I phoned a few days ago to know it was likely to arrive.", it should say "I phoned a few days ago to know when it was likely to arrive"
