Making a complaint - Sara Bria

I am writing to inform you that the order I made last week from Choices arrived six days late. I had to pay extra money for my order to arrive sooner because it was extremely important. The company specified that the order would arrive Wednesday 12th, but it did not arrive until Tuesday 18th. In addition, when it did arrive, two items were missing. The laptop arrived but the mouse and the cover, no. I look forward to receiving your response shortly.
