Hello Carlos,

I'm writing to complain about my magazine design dissatisfaction. The magazine was delivered on the agreed day but it wasn't what I had asked you to do. 

I have been calling you so that I could resolve it as soon as possible before I left for work and I have had no reply from you or your business partner.

Obviously, I'm not happy about it. I look forward to receiving your reply shortly.
