Hi Cecilia,
Could I ask you for some advice? My boss just keeps giving me a lot of extra work and he doesn’t pay me enough. I don’t know how to say no. I don't want him to think that I can't cope, but I don't want to work for less money than I should. Also I’m always late home.
What do you think I should do?

Hi Eva,
This is a difficult question. The first thing that you should do is talk to your boss. If he knows how you feel maybe he can help you. Is very important for your mental health to have a good quality of life. If this is a short period of time, just put up with this for a few weeks, but if it isn't, go and talk to him. About the salary increase, you could see other works and figure out how much you are paying for doing the same work as you.
