Hi Nerea.
Is was wondering if you could give me an update on the project. The deadline is the 4/3 which is not far away now.
I know I should haven given you part of the project earlier but I have started working and I don't have more time. I would appreciate it if you would answer me as soon as possible so that I can dedicate myself to the project this weekend when I have vacations.
If it suits you, I can come to you office next week.

Hi Naiara,
I thought the project wasn't due until April! I was preparing everything for the 3rd of April. I have some parts of the project done but I need your help because I think I won't be able to hand it in if I do it on my own. If it is not possible we would have to change the deadline.
I don't know if it's possible to meet you next week but I would try to call you ASAP.

Hi Nerea, sorry for the inconvenience, there has been an error with the dates and the project expires in May, not April. So we still have time. I review it and write you an email with the corrections. Even so, see you next week, is Wednesday at 16:00 p.m. good for you?
