I am writing this email to formalize my complaint about an order.
According to the delivery man, the package should arrive on Monday but it did not happen. I called the company on Tuesday and no one answered me. I also called on Friday and got no answer. Obviously, this is not satisfactory. I have lost four days holiday waiting for this order. I look forward to receiving your response shortly.
I hope a solution soon or form my money back.
