Hello Eva,

I am writing to complain about the late delivery of my order. The delivery was supposed to arrive on Friday. However, it did not arrive until Wednesday morning. I phoned on Tuesday to find out when it was likely to arrive, also wrote to you by post and nothing. Your colleague informed me that it would arrive on Monday. I left work again on Monday having a lot of work, and it didn't arrive either.

Obviously, this is not right. I have lost two days of work waiting for this order. I look forward to receiving your reply shortly.

    Dear Eva,
    Where it says, "a voucher what gives...", it should say "a voucher that/which gives..."
