Hi Lyuba.
Can I ask you for an advice? My boss keeps giving me more and more work and I don't know how to tell her no, apart from the fact that she told me that this weekend we were going to work during the break, I think she is exploiting me at work. I don't want you to think that I'm not up to the task, but I need the money and the work, the problem is that I work too many hours.
What do you think i should do? Do I talk to the human resources department?

Hello Libra,
It's difficult situation... I think you should talk to your boss. Maybe he didn't realize you're busy. Do you have appraislas or reviews? If so, you need to talk to him about it like sugestting that the team shares work out. Maybe this way can help you make a case for beign given less work.
